How do I sign up for personal training or online wellness coaching?


If you would like to purchase personal training or online fitness coaching schedule a free 30 minute consultation with me here: https://www.jannalynettefitness.com/bookings-checkout/consultation-for-coaching/book or you can contact me at jlfit360@gmail.com if you have specific questions. From there we will chat about what you're looking for and how my coaching could help you along the way.




What is your refund policy?


Personal (In Person) Training

Once you have purchased personal training there are no full refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, that will be reviewed on a case by case basis, a partial refund may be granted.

Online Coaching

Once you have purchased online coaching there are no refunds.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule a personal training session?


To cancel or reschedule your session you must contact me 24 hours in advance or you lose that session. Last minute cancellations due to emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis. You can reschedule 1 time before you lose the session.




Do you offer meal plans or help with nutrition?


I do offer nutrition coaching, and I have my level 1 Precision Nutrition certification, but I will not give out meal plans or recommend certain foods/diets to treat a condition as I am not a Registered Dietician and cannot assess, diagnose, or treat an individual.




How much does personal training and wellness coaching cost?


The cost depends on your individual needs so it's best to have a consultation to see if my coaching is the best fit for you and your wellness goals.
