How do I sign up for personal training or online fitness coaching?
If you would like to purchase personal training or online fitness coaching contact me at jlfit360@gmail.com. From there we will chat about what you're looking for and how my coaching could help you along the way.
What is your refund policy?
Personal (In Person) Training
Once you have purchased personal training there are no full refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, that will be reviewed on a case by case basis, a partial refund may be granted.
Online Coaching
Once you have purchased online coaching there are no refunds.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule a personal training session?
To cancel or reschedule your session you must contact me 24 hours in advance or you lose that session. Last minute cancellations due to emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis. You can reschedule 1 time before you lose the session.
Do you offer meal plans or help with nutrition?
I do offer nutrition coaching, but I will not give out meal plans or recommend certain foods/diets to treat a condition as I am not a Registered Dietician and cannot assess, diagnose, or treat an individual.
